I have been a customer of Mercury Wireless since the company was founded. I have never had a bad experience. Recently, I updated my services. Two young men worked nearly all day to install an extensive length of cable underground and new equipment. These young men are courteous, efficient, hard working and will treat your home and property carefully. I want Mercury Wireless to know these employees are a tremendous asset. Even if another service was less costly in my area I would not switch from Mercury Wireless.

Can't Get Over 80 Mbps. Signal - 99 They Just Keep Sending Tecks Out. Low Or High Make's No Different. Went From Ground 10 Foot Pole To Roof At Least 23 / 25 Feet No Different Now Speeds Are Worst. I Want To Keep The Service Due To Having A High Gain Attenna Outside High Up But This Has Been Aful Service. Selling Something The Tecks Can't Even Get Good Signal At 1 Mile It's No Wondering Customer's Have A Fit. It Should Not Be This Hard To Do FWA.

South Rumsey Rd And Readding Road South And South East. Check And See If Equipment/Sector's Can Be Moved Up Higher Is Site. Ground/Roof Make's No Different. Teck's Are Great Tho. Appliance This Being Resolved ASAP.
Please Reach Back Out With A Update. Did Call And Asked About The Site And They Would Not Even Do A Ticket Other Then Send 4 Different People Out That Basically Said Yes 99 Db Good. When You Look Online And At 1 Mile Signal Should Be 60 l/70 Or Real Time 80 Or So. Basically 100 Db Is A Week To Poor Signal You Guy's Need To Go Out And Figer Out The Problem ASAP.
Update On A Resolution Within The Next 30 Day's. Fix The Equipment/Signal To The South And South/East Sector.
