I had 2 technicians the first one was Anthony he came out a week ago to install my internet but unfortunately you guys ran out of cable which was no big deal they were out the next day to run cable and then I was able to reschedule it for the following Saturday which our new technician was Rawlin They were both so informative so considerate both of them were awesome technicians I would recommend them to anybody if they were to get Mercury fiber I've only had this for a few hours but I'm very impressed with it so far. Both of the technicians explained everything that they were going to be doing.

From the moment the technician came to set up my internet and complete the installation for service, everything has been nothing short of amazing. A special shout-out to Zachary, who drove 126 miles to make sure my install was done right—his dedication really stood out. I also reached out to customer service, and the representative I spoke with was so kind and helpful. Overall, the experience was smooth, professional, and friendly. Most importantly, the internet itself is extremely fast—everything loads quickly and performs flawlessly. Highly recommend!

It was pouring down rain and they still came to get me set up.

I should have clicked the 10. The person who was here yesterday was very knowledgeable. The biggest problem is, towers are under performing. They take very long to fix. Internet goes down quite frequently. Can't ever talk to a manager...

I was able to speak with a live customer service representative after only a moment on hold. She was very knowledgeable and was able to update our credit card on file and troubleshoot our connection speed. I really appreciate the responsive and effective customer service you provide in addition to the reliable Internet connection.

Mercury provided excellent service and was very pleasant throughout the process. They inspected the network, antenna, and router, pinpointed the issue, and recommended a router reboot. As soon as it restarted, everything was functioning normally again. Very satisfied with the support.
