Receiving fiber internet was such a blessing we are the length of a football field from the road and in a rural area. We never imagined we could have access to to functional internet.

Zack was on time and worked on a cold day. He was very respectful of the property and to us. He was as fast and efficient as a person could possibly be. Also, Zack made sure everything was picked up and the jobsite clean. You have a great employee and need more like him.

Logan provided great advice during our installation. He was very knowledgeable and super helpful. We are very happy with the installation and Mercury’s service.

I’ve had to call twice. Once to troubleshoot and the 2nd time over a billing issue. This company’s customer service is top notch. Humans who are kind and knowledgeable.

Our installation tech, Brandon, had a detailed answer to each and every one of my questions. He was extremely efficient and we could not be any happier with the professional installation job he performed for us! Brandon explained everything we needed to know and made sure we had our networks set up and ready to go. Everything worked perfectly from the get go and we felt confident we had the knowledge we needed going forward. Brandon is an exemplary employee and we were lucky to have him on our team!

Friendly, patient and explained everything thoroughly!

Just got internet installed Dec 15th Monday morning. Logan was great . Told us the best place to put the equipment and helped me on the Mercury App. Very Thorough and on time. So far so good .

Iam not a tecky person by any means, But I am learning iam saving a lot more money streaming still getting used to it. So far Mercury has not let me down. Mercury installed the equipment very fast in the rain. When they entered my house they wore clean booties and there was no mess. I didnot blame them for not burying the cable that will be done when the ground thaws out. All in all I am very satisfied.

Daniel was outstanding deserves a pay increase! He told me what was going to happen before the installation. he was very professional and informative with helping me through the mercury app. He was fast and did everything he said he was going to do. Excellent communication and did a top notch job with the installation. I will highly recommend to my neighbors, friends and family

Had a payment issue with my bank, and the Mercury team understood my issues, and was able to help me get my payment made through a different financial institution, then switched back to my normal payment arrangement setup. So I can keep using there fiber internet.

She was very kind and .patience She never made me feel like I was being burden to her.

Our technicians were kind, respectful, knowledgeable and they completed the job tour satisfaction.

A great all-around experience. From initial installation to final set-up and landline phone transfer all happened on schedule and as promised. Mercury employees made frequent contact to make certain I was satisfied with the process. Speed is excellent and I'm assured It will remain that way.
